The delight is a traditional sweet of Turkish cuisine. 
Made in Turkey from the 15th century, and the original name was rahat hulkum, a corruption which is the word delight. Served in small cube-shaped pieces, and often contains almond, and available in different flavors the most common of which are the rose (red Turkish delight), bergamot (green delight) and mastic (yellow delight).
